Do you operate in Belgium?

Can I entrust you with my keys?
Yes. Our agents are trained in discretion and confidentiality. We sign a confidentiality charter and manage your keys with a secure system (register, key box).
How does Airbnb management work?
We handle all or part of the management of your short-term rental: full cleaning between each guest, linen change, bed preparation, key handover (check-in) and departure (check-out), property surveillance and small repairs. We can also help you create and optimise your listings on Airbnb and Booking.
How much does an Airbnb turnover cost?
From €49 per turnover for a studio or one-bedroom (full cleaning + linen). The rate varies depending on the surface, the number of beds and the options chosen (linen provided or not, guest welcome, etc.). We establish a personalised quote after visiting the property.
What products do you use?
We use professional products adapted to each surface, with an eco-friendly option (ecolabel) upon request, particularly for households with children or pets.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. We offer one-off services and regular contracts, with no minimum commitment. You can adjust or stop at any time with one week's notice.
How does payment work?
We accept bank transfers, cheques and cash. Invoicing at the end of the service, or monthly for regular contracts.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have professional liability insurance covering France and Belgium. A certificate is provided upon request.
Is the quote free?
Yes, always free and without obligation. We visit on site or discuss by phone/video to establish a precise quote within 24 working hours.
What are your lead times?
For one-off services, we generally operate within 48 to 72 hours after quote approval. For emergencies (end-of-lease, Airbnb turnover between two guests), contact us: we do our best to speed things up.
